My Workout

This is a workout that I made up. I like to do it when I travel. It only takes about an half hour to do. Feel free to try it out if you don’t have anything else to do or you just want to exercise.

Workout 1

Warm-up, about 3 min. (Jumping jacks, running in place, etc.)

Twenty bench-presses

Twenty squat jumps

Twenty pushups

Squat hold

Pushup hold

Cardio

Twenty skaters

Twenty in-outs

Set

Twenty rows

Twenty presses

Twenty backrows

Twenty cling and presses

Twenty triple backrows

Twenty triple cling and presses

Cardio

2xSet

Thirty jumping jacks

Twenty quick feet

2xSet

Ten bicep curls

One triple, five singles, Both sides triceps extension

2xset

Thirty punches each

Ten front kicks each

Core

Set

Twenty crunches

Twenty bicycles, both sides

Twenty C-crunches

Forty scissors

Plank

Cooldown
