Indy’s View and Tips on Sleeping And Keeping Awake

Indy read my previous posts and decided to write some tips of his own in this post. He focuses on sleep being a good thing and also how not to sleep.

1.       Continual distractions signal the night’s end. Every race must have a finish line. Focus or go to bed. Sleep increases brain function and processes new information.

2.       Changing seats can keep distractions down.

3.       A couple reps of push-ups increase awareness and brain activity. Avoid full-exercises and sweat.

4.       Cramming with caffeine may keep you awake, but not help your grades. I drink coffee to stay up and write, but extra sleep helps me score better on tests. The night before a test, I’m not cramming, I’m sleeping.
